No less than 2 years of practical experience supporting an HR function within a technology or commercial business
Capacity to excel in dynamic settings by managing several tasks at once, establishing priorities and reliably meeting target dates
Readiness to accept continuous change and comfort working within a VUCA/BANI context
Exceptional people skills that build strong relationships, inspire trust and allow for delivering considerate, empathetic and well-timed advice, supported by a proactive, assured, energetic and optimistic mindset
Strong English skills, both written and spoken, at a B2+ level or higher
Fundamental knowledge of Polish Labor Law along with practical experience applying it
Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, engagement surveys and retention initiatives, together with the ability to handle HR data and metrics, will be viewed as a significant plus

Partner with Primary People Partners who manage specific disciplines or practices
Take part in a wide variety of HR processes, such as employee experience, retention and performance development, starting under guidance and evolving toward full independent delivery
Help unit managers assess local programs and frameworks by sharing insights rooted in local labor law compliance
Participate in townhalls and internal unit gatherings while motivating employees to come to the office
Contribute to Shared Service Center activities and collaborate with multiple process participants to resolve a range of tasks and concerns

We are currently seeking a People Advisory Specialist. The purpose of this role is to provide organizational people management support and to drive the rollout of people processes and programs within one or multiple designated units. Acting as a Practice/Discipline People Partner, you will accompany employees and leaders through the complete range of EPAM HR activities. The role includes a hybrid arrangement with two days per week spent at one of our offices in Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw, Warsaw, Poznan or Katowice.
