This is the right job for you if:
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position within a warehouse or a courier company
You have the ability to delegate tasks, plan, and organize work effectively
You are proficient in the MS Office suite
You are familiar with Health & Safety (BHP) and Fire Safety (PPOŻ) regulations
You stand out with your communication skills and enjoy collaborating with others – we work as a team every day
You are characterized by the ability to make independent and quick decisions
You possess high personal standards and professional etiquette
You are open to working afternoon and evening shifts
You can communicate in English (which is a plus)
Zakres obowiązków
On a daily basis, you will coordinate the work of the team in the courier sorting hub
You will support your team in their daily tasks
You will be responsible for the correct and timely sorting of shipments to the appropriate branches
You will handle the processing of damaged shipments in accordance with established procedures
Your task will be to eliminate downtime and optimize warehouse processes
You will report the team's performance results to the Manager
