Job Description

• Support the Calypso IT team in development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Calypso platform using Agile methodology and continuous improvement practices.

• Participate in client meetings and workshops to understand requirements and challenges.

• Analyze business and user requirements, prepare functional specifications, and assist during development and configuration.

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support, including issue investigation and resolution.

• Identify dependencies and coordinate with other teams and third-party vendors when needed.

• Create and execute test plans, update system documentation, and report progress within the team.

• Collaborate with IT teams, users, project sponsors, business analysts, and project managers.
