Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Tech Lead

  • 8+ years of experience in Software Development

  • 4+ years as a Java Developer (Spring Boot, Hibernate)

  • 2+ years of experience with AWS

  • Experience in AI agentic development workflows

  • Experience in larger implementations and integrating solutions to existing code base using AI agents throughout the development process.

  • Experience with React

  • Experience with SaaS/Docker/Kubernetes

  • Experience as a Full Stack Developer

  • Experience with node.js

  • Knowledge of applying design patterns and strive for high quality, maintainable and clean code

Responsibilities

  • Technical lead of the team of 5-6 engineers

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers and other Tech leads within the client's organization

  • As a key player in one of our agile teams, you actively contribute to the development of Tricentis products, primarily using AI agentic software engineering workflows to amplify rather than replace human judgment.

  • You own the full software development lifecycle (requirements analysis, implementation, and testing), leveraging AI agents as active participants in those activities.

  • You have a leadership role in a self-organizing team and help continuously improve our agile, agentic development process.

  • You develop high-value increments aligned to our product vision, striving to always exceed customer expectations.

  • Continuous learning is central to how you work, and you stay current with the rapidly evolving landscape of agentic development and how engineering best practices are changing.

  • You provide technical leadership to your team, acting as a role model and coach for less experienced engineers.

  • You collaborate with product owners, architects, and other leads to align technical direction and represent your team externally.

  • You own design and code reviews for your team, applying holistic thinking across quality, security, and best practices, and leverage agentic review methods where appropriate.

  • You ensure appropriate oversight mechanisms exist for your team’s agentic development workflows.

  • You leverage AI agents and use your own strong technical judgment to build implementation plans that are technically sound.

  • You proactively communicate with key stakeholders to set expectations, share progress, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
