Together, we are looking for a M&A Senior Consultant for Cyber Security to join the GDS team in Poland. Anforderungen

• University degree in field related to IT

• Cyber security certifications

• Experience in building strong working relationships with senior clients, including influence, advice and support to key decision makers

• Already gained experience in international environment (especially with US and UK)

Zakres obowiązków

• You will be working in the M&A transaction projects and will be mostly responsible for consulting high-class solutions and successfully delivering IT projects in cyber security and technology area for the global companies in US and Europe.

Anforderungen

• Knowledge on information security and cyber defence

• +6 years’ experience in IT project management, IT infrastructure and in IT consulting roles

• Well versed in information security regulations and law

• Knowledge of industry leading standards and frameworks such as NIST, ISO and CIS

• Ability to travel and work across EU (up to 20% annually)

• Excellent written and verbal command of English (German and other European language will be a plus)

• Experience with corporate transactions (due diligence, integrations, separations)

• Willingness to work outside normal business hours to work with international teams (e.g. United States)
