Anforderungen

• Significant experience in internal communications, employee engagement or corporate communications.

• Proven experience managing internal communications platforms such as Workvivo, Meta Workplace or similar

• Strong people management experience with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

• A cracking personality — confident, energetic, collaborative and able to build relationships quickly.

• Someone who gets sh&t done and can work effectively with senior stakeholders across a large organisation.

• Creative thinker with a track record of delivering fresh, engaging ideas and campaigns…no boring power point strategies around here!

• Technically savvy with a strong understanding of digital communications, content platforms and analytics

• Excellent writing, storytelling and presentation skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
