We are looking for an SAP S/4HANA Sales Manager (SAP SD, Order-to-Cash) who wants to continue their professional career in the area of sales solutions, i.e., S/4HANA Sales, SAP ECC SD. The person in this position will have the opportunity to develop their skills and gain experience in functional consulting based on the latest SAP solutions in the area of Sales, i.e., S/4HANA Sales, S/4HANA Service, and SAP CX (SAP Sales & Service Cloud). We are looking for people who are committed, focused on their own development and gaining new experiences, open to challenges, good at working in a team, analytical, and above all, willing to explore the world of sales, customer service, and maintenance—both from a business perspective and in terms of SAP solutions. Your scope of duties: Participation in consulting projects – including SAP implementation projects and business transformations in the areas of sales, service, and maintenance; Team coordination (Stream Leader); Acting as a subject matter expert on the project; Supporting customers in choosing the optimal business solution; Process analysis based on SAP solutions; Creating concepts and technical and functional documentation;

Anforderungen

• Professional experience as an SAP consultant (at least 10 years);

• Professional experience as a Stream Leader on a project (at least 3 full project cycles in this role);

• Knowledge of business processes in the field of sales and distribution (S/4HANA Sales, SAP ECC SD);

• Knowledge of business processes in the field of transport (S/4HANA TM) and sales-related solutions, i.e., AATP, AVC (VC), BRF, EDI communication;

• Higher education (preferably in IT and economics);

• Very good knowledge of English (a prerequisite due to the international nature of the projects);

• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills;

• Ability to work under time pressure and flexibility.

• We will also appreciate:

• Knowledge of German language;

• Certificates confirming knowledge of SAP and project management.
