This is the right job for you if:

  • Accounting Principles: Deep understanding and practical application of accounting rules.

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP system (navigation) and proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace- must have

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in processing financial data.

  • Education: University degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

  • Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Finance Department or an outsourcing company is considered a strong asset.

  • Languages: Proficiency in Polish (C1) and English (B2) is required.

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving.

  • Ownership, reliability, and excellent cooperation skills.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Managing bank statements - posting and reconciliation

  • Reconciliation of data from analytical reports and subledger with postings in the general ledger

  • General ledger postings - preparation and posting of journals

  • Preparation of documents/files to confirm the correctness of the balances and P&L amounts

  • Participation in the month-closing process

  • Evidence of purchases invoices regarding company's assets

  • Entering fixed assets/intangible assets into the accounting records

  • Reconciliation of fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the business unit general ledgers

  • Evidence of asset capitalization, asset depreciation and retirement

  • Record of disposal and movement of assets

  • Preparation of data for reporting purposes and audits

  • Interaction with external and internal auditors

  • Verification of bookkeeping in terms of tax regulations

  • Cooperation with internal departments in the whole group (work in international environment)

  • Support of Senior Specialists/Manager on a daily tasks

  • Support of Senior Specialists/Manager in preparation of tax returns and the financial statements

  • Provide periodic and ad hoc reporting for higher level personnel or for project purposes
