Experience
5-10 years
Anforderungen
5+ years of related experience in Healthcare IT
Master’s degree in a position-relevant program (information technology, computer sciences or
engineering) or equivalent
Proven track record in effectively structuring problems, design solutions which the customer
believes and advocates.
Ability to simply and persuasively communicate to different customer audiences ranging from
individual contributors to organizational leadership verbally and in writing, face-to-face, and from
distance
Good experience in RI products
Shown ability to resolve issues in medium-complex technical environments
Good verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to travel. Sometimes, consultancy requires travel on-site to the hospital

Provide technical consultancy services during sales and project implementation phase for RI (Radiology Informatics) Solutions
Ensures the successful technical adoption of GL’s client RI solutions
Based on customer requirements, serves as a consultant to provide technical recommendations that best suits the environment
Educating and coaching sales resources in Radiology Informatics Solutions and driving methodology development within this area
Validate solution design to fit customers technical requirements and needs during presales phase for medium-complex implementations of GL’s client RI solutions within Central Europe
Supporting and advising the salesforce during customer acquisition to develop medium-complex opportunities
Ensures successful technical adoption ofGL’s client RI solutions in customer environments
Working on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an good knowledge of organizational objectives.
Delivers technical consulting services which may or may not be in combination with the implementation of a GL’s client product or solution
Conducts technical workflow analysis and consults on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality or solutions
Providing technical consultancy services to medium-complex projects within Central Europe
Analyzes the customer’s existing IT environment
Ensures proper testing of the system and establishes a comprehensive technical administration training to provide for a transition of the solution to the customer
Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain an appropriate level of professional competence and/or licensure
Identify technical application issues, investigate and resolve issues or identify potential defects, document and submit those according to standard processes
Coaches and educates Technical Consultants across Central Europe as well as customers in the
use of medium-complex situations for multiple solutions
Active member of the Technical Consulting Community Europe to share knowledge, experience
and lessons learned
