You will ensure reliable day-to-day operations (incidents, changes, access, performance), partner with business stakeholders to define the product roadmap, and drive user adoption through training and change management. Your work will directly support business objectives and ABB’s Sustainable Supply Base Management program.Work model: #Li-hybridPreferred location: Krakow, Poland. Other ABB locations may be considered.This role contributes to ABB’s global sustainable sourcing initiative and sits within our global Information Systems team. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including Sustainability, Procurement & Logistics, IS colleagues, and third-party vendors.You will be mainly accountable for:Being the owner of service operations for sustainable sourcing applications in line with ABB IS standards (incident, change, access, problem management…), acting as an escalation point for severe incidents and coordinating recovery with the service line.Defining and maintaining a multi-year application and technology roadmap aligned with ABB’s sustainable sourcing ambitions and IS enterprise architecture.Driving continuous improvement by identifying and delivering enhancements to functionality, user experience, and integrations (e.g., ERP, data & analytics, workflow automation).Leading training and change management by creating enablement materials and coordinating training to drive adoption and process adherence.Our team dynamics You will join a growing and dynamic global team, where you can thrive and actively contribute to ABB’s sustainability objectives.Qualifications for the role 5+ years of experience in IT application/service management, ideally supporting procurement, supply chain, or sustainability domains.Experience with IT service management, system integrations, vendor management, and change management in large/complex organizations.Working knowledge of sustainability platforms (e.g., EcoVadis, Assent, SupplierSoft) and/or procurement & logistics solutions (e.g., SAP Ariba).Ability to align diverse stakeholders around shared goals and lead cross-functional collaboration (IS/IT, Procurement, Sustainability).Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences (e.g., executives, suppliers, developers).Continuous-improvement mindset with a focus on simplifying and optimizing business processes.Agility to navigate evolving regulations, technologies, and business priorities in a global environment.Self-motivated, able to work effectively with minimal oversight and manage multiple priorities.Fluent in spoken and written English.Aby zbudować czystszą, mądrzejszą przyszłość, potrzebne są różne umysły: ciekawe, odważne i kreatywne. Qualifications for the role

• 5+ years of experience in IT application/service management, ideally supporting procurement, supply chain, or sustainability domains.

• Experience with IT service management, system integrations, vendor management, and change management in large/complex organizations.

• Working knowledge of sustainability platforms (e.g., EcoVadis, Assent, SupplierSoft) and/or procurement & logistics solutions (e.g., SAP Ariba).

• Ability to align diverse stakeholders around shared goals and lead cross-functional collaboration (IS/IT, Procurement, Sustainability).

• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences (e.g., executives, suppliers, developers).

• Continuous-improvement mindset with a focus on simplifying and optimizing business processes.
