SAP BTP Identity Access Governance (IAG) Consultant | Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Identity Access Governance (IAG) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP BTP IAG solutions for enterprise clients. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design and deliver secure, scalable, and compliant identity and access management processes within the SAP Business Technology Platform. Responsibilities Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP BTP Identity Access Governance solutions, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration and deployment Integrate SAP BTP IAG with other SAP and non-SAP systems to ensure seamless identity and access management across the landscape Configure and manage access controls, segregation of duties (SoD), user provisioning and compliance monitoring within SAP BTP IAG Collaborate with business stakeholders to define access policies, roles and workflows aligned with organizational security and compliance requirements Provide technical expertise and support during project delivery, testing and hypercare phases Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for client teams Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity and access governance processes Stay up to date with SAP BTP IAG product updates, best practices and industry trends Requirements Proven experience in implementation and support of SAP BTP Identity Access Governance (IAG) solutions Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, SAP security and compliance frameworks Experience with integration of SAP BTP IAG with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors or other SAP cloud/on-premise solutions Hands-on skills in configuration of access controls, SoD, user lifecycle management and compliance reporting Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills English proficiency (B2+); German is a plus Nice to have SAP certification in security or identity management Experience with other SAP security tools (e.g., SAP GRC Access Control) Experience in large-scale SAP transformation projects

Anforderungen

• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, SAP security and compliance frameworks

• Experience with integration of SAP BTP IAG with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors or other SAP cloud/on-premise solutions

• Hands-on skills in configuration of access controls, SoD, user lifecycle management and compliance reporting

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• English proficiency (B2+); German is a plus
