The opportunity We’re growing our Business Transformation Delivery practice and are looking for experienced Managers who blend project management discipline with human-centered change expertise to help organizations successfully deliver complex, large-scale transformation programs. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — supporting clients through technology-enabled change, operating model evolution, process transformation, and workforce enablement. You will play a key role in turning transformation ambition into tangible results, working in international environments and cross-functional teams to ensure that change is not only well-designed, but effectively delivered, adopted, and sustained. We are looking for an HR Transformation Manager with strong project management expertise to lead end-to-end HR and People transformation initiatives. You will help organizations redesign how HR operates — across operating model, processes, technology, and service delivery — ensuring measurable business and employee impact.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Lead HR transformation projects or workstreams (scope, planning, budget, RAID, governance, reporting).

  • Design and implement HR operating model transformations.

  • Drive HR process optimization using Lean and process improvement approaches; document processes using BPMN.

  • Lead or support transformations in core HR domains, including payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR service delivery.

  • Support implementation and adoption of HR technology platforms (e.g., SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow HR, or similar), including process alignment and business readiness.

  • Help modernize and standardize payroll and benefits processes, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and improved employee experience.

  • Align HR transformation with workforce, skills, and employee experience strategies.

  • Establish or strengthen HR PMO and governance structures.

  • Track benefits realization and HR performance KPIs, embedding continuous improvement.

Anforderungen

  • 8–10 years of professional experience in HR transformation and project delivery.

  • Strong background in project/program management, ideally in consulting or complex, multi-country programs.

  • Deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes and operating models, including exposure to payroll and/or compensation & benefits areas.

  • Hands-on exposure to HR platforms, particularly SAP (HCM or SuccessFactors), Workday, ServiceNow HR, or similar solutions.

  • Experience with HR process harmonization and standardization across regions or business units.

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and BPMN.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with senior HR, Payroll, and business leaders.

  • Excellent English (C1+) and Italian (B2+) or German (B2+) or French (B2+) is an asset.

  • Leverage AI tools to analyze HR and payroll data, summarize process findings, and accelerate design of HR operating model materials.

  • Develop executive-ready PowerPoint decks that clearly visualize HR transformation journeys, service models, and value cases.

  • Use AI to streamline PMO reporting and governance materials for large HR programs.
