Minimum of 2 years of professional background in supporting an HR function within a technology or commercial business
Capability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments by juggling multiple responsibilities, prioritizing well and delivering on time

Excellent people skills that build positive connections, create trust and allow for thoughtful, considerate and well-timed advice, paired with a proactive, self-assured, energetic and positive attitude

Foundational understanding and hands-on awareness of Polish Labor Law

Work together with Primary People Partners who oversee particular disciplines or practices
Assist with a wide range of HR processes, including employee experience, retention and performance development, starting with guided support and gradually taking full ownership
Help unit leadership review local programs and frameworks by bringing in a local labor law compliance perspective
Take part in townhalls and unit events while motivating employees to attend the office
Engage in Shared Service Center activities and communicate with a variety of process participants to tackle different tasks and concerns

We are now searching for a People Advisory Specialist. This position centers on providing organizational people management support and rolling out people-related processes and programs within a specific unit or group of units. As a Practice/Discipline People Partner, you will assist our employees and leaders throughout the full range of EPAM HR processes. The role involves working from the office two days a week at one of the following locations: Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw, Warsaw, Poznan or Katowice.
