Description

Perform monthly tax account reconciliations in BlackLine, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Investigate and resolve reconciliation issues; coordinate with relevant teams Post journal entries in SAP (corrections, reclasses, write-offs) following approval workflows Monitor aging and ensure timely clearance; escalate any SLA breaches Ensure reconciliations meet internal control and audit requirements Support month-end close and validate tax balances Maintain SOPs and train/support junior team members Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements Track basic KPIs and provide updates to the manager Requirements (must have): At least 2 years of working experience in GL accounting / General Accounting in SSC/GBS English - B2/C1 Microsoft Excel - advanced Considered a strong asset: Hands-on experience with SAP or other accounting software/tools Familiarity with indirect, direct tax, WHT and other taxes Experience in SOX and audit support Polish language skills Offer: Office located in GDAŃSK - hybrid 3 days per week from the office International environment Package of benefits: Multisport card, private medical care, referral award, parental allowance, PPK, relocation assistance Possible start: July / August / September 2026 Salary range: 9 000 - 13 000 PLN gross - Hays Poland sp. z o.o. jest agencją zatrudnienia zarejestrowaną w rejestrze prowadzonym przez Marszałka Województwa Mazowieckiego pod numerem 361.
