Your profile and qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required; Certified Vocational Degrees Preferred
Minimum Experience: Vocation Training or Less than 2 related assembly experience
Basic math skills.
Comprehension of safety rules.
Sit, stand, reach, walk for periods of time on concrete surface. Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs.
Sufficient hand, arm and finger dexterity to operate tools and or machinery.

Performs all operations in the manufacture of standard separators, receivers, heat exchangers to required specifications and budgets.
Installs tubes in heat exchangers
Calculates tube reduction and executes tube rolling
Prepares water boxes and attaches to heat exchangers
Executes ASME testing per drawing instruction and special specifications
Performs other duties as assigned.
Performs all operations in the manufacture of standard compressor packages to required specifications and budgets.
Performs all mechanical assembly in the manufacture of compressor packages not welding related.
Performs all testing required per drawing instruction and special specifications
Performs all operations necessary to prepare and paint standard product.
Assembles control panels
Mounts control panel and install the wire harness
Performs control panel check out
Performs all operations to required specifications and budgets.
Performs required programming
Loads raw materials
Unloads cut parts, deburr as necessary
Performs routine daily maintenance
Performs other duties as assigned
