We are now looking for an Automation Engineer for the Automation Execution department in Denmark. The department consists of 38+ automation engineers working as one integrated team, delivering automation solutions for Spray Drying and Freeze Drying plants worldwide. Your profile and qualifications
Hold a degree in Automation, Instrumentation & Control, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
Have experience with industrial automation systems and electrical engineering principles
Understand Dairy, Food & Chemical Spray Drying and CIP processes is an advantage
Have knowledge of automation standards such as ISA-88, ISA-101, IEC 62443, ATEX and other safety standards
Collaborative mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
Fluent in English
Travel activity is between 30 and 60 days per year, worldwide

Your responsibilities and tasks
Define and review automation scopes during project execution.
Participate in customer meetings and align automation requirements
Review P&IDs, equipment lists, and process documentation
Develop network and control system architecture
Prepare functional design specifications, alarm and interlock lists.
Detailed specification of process instruments
Develop and test automation software (Siemens PLC and Intouch & WinCC HMI/SCADA)
Review electrical designs and support panel FATs
Execute software FAT, commissioning, start-up, and site acceptance activities
Prepare and maintain project documentation
