For our client, a technology consulting company delivering SAP solutions and digital transformation projects for international customers, we are currently looking for SAP CDC consultants interested in B2B cooperation. Location: 100% remote (EU only) Contract type: B2B, through Hays Poland Compensation: 150-195 PLN/h net (+ VAT) Experience: regular or senior Start: ASAP (up to 1-month notice period acceptable) Capacity: minimum 20 hours per week (or more) Project duration: until 31.12.2026 with a high probability of extension Languages: German min. B1, English min. B2 Project and Role Overview: Scope of Services: Handling SAP CDC (Customer Data Cloud / Gigya) support tickets Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents Implementing and supporting change requests (CRs) Participating in client-facing discussions regarding issue resolution and requirements clarification Collaborating with SAP CX consultants and project stakeholders Supporting ongoing optimization, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP CDC solutions Required Competencies: Hands-on experience with SAP CDC (Customer Data Cloud / Gigya) Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a functional consultant role Experience in support, maintenance, and enhancement projects Ability to independently manage assigned tickets and requests German language skills at B1 level or higher English language skills at B2 level or higher Residence within the European Union and authorization to work in the country of residence Nice to have: Experience within broader SAP CX environments Knowledge of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) processes Experience in international support projects What We Offer: A quick project matching process. Responsibilities

• We are looking for a SAP CDC Functional Consultant to support an ongoing SAP CX support and enhancement project for a client from the German energy sector. The project is transitioning from the implementation phase into an expanded support and development stage. Due to a growing number of support tickets and change requests, the project is being extended with additional SAP CDC consulting competencies. This is a long-term engagement within a mature and well-established project environment.
