Requirements
Significant experience in base/heavy maintenance within a Part-145 environment
Proven leadership experience managing multi-site or distributed teams
Strong understanding of EASA Part-145 and MOE requirements
Track record of delivering operational performance in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Flexible approach with the ability to travel frequently across bases.
