For our Client, a global organisation operating in the modern technology sector, we are looking for a person to hold a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist position. Key Responsibilities: Taking ownership of paid media activities within the Performance Marketing team, ensuring effective development and execution of all initiatives Leading the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads (SEA, Pmax, DemandGen, Shopping) and Social Media (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit), including re-targeting and third-party collaborations Managing and allocating budgets effectively to maximise ROI Analysing campaign performance, identifying optimisation opportunities, and delivering actionable insights Consulting internal stakeholders by providing performance insights, paid media recommendations, and best practices Collaborating closely with content, design, and campaign teams and managing external freelancers or agencies Staying up to date on digital advertising innovations, platform changes, and emerging trends to ensure continuous channel improvement Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Social Media; expertise with SEA/PPC across Google, Yahoo, Bing Fluency in English and Polish is required Strong technical knowledge of CRM and reporting tools such as SFDC, Adobe Analytics, Eloqua, and windsor.ai Experience applying advanced attribution models (e.g., MMM, MTA) to measure and evaluate campaign performance Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into data-driven decisions Confident communicator with experience presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership Proven ability to thrive in small, collaborative, high‑performing teams What our Client offers: Employment contract Basic salary + annual bonus Work in an international environment Benefits: Private medical care, Group Life Insurance, Multisport card, Flexible benefits platform, pension Scheme (PPE) after 12 months, childcare subsidy Training and development programs, language classes Hybrid work We kindly inform that we will contact selected Candidates.
