This is the right job for you, if you:

  • Have proven experience in marketing copywriting, localization, transcreation, brand communication, or creative communication roles.

  • Have strong understanding of tone of voice and communication consistency.

  • Demonstrate creativity and conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate business objectives and customer insights into distinctive, effective marketing communication.

  • Have experience working with multi-channel marketing communication.

  • Have ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders.

  • Have excellent attention to detail and language accuracy.

  • Have experience working with agencies and creative teams.

  • Have a native command of Polish and advanced English (written and spoken).

Your main responsibilities:

  • Ensuring brand consistency across brand, trade, and category campaigns.

  • Create engaging trade marketing communication for the Polish market across multiple channels, including ATL, social media, email, push notifications, SMS, landing pages, and in-app communication.

  • Craft impactful campaign copy, Key Visual claims, naming for products, services, and initiatives, headlines, radio scripts, digital assets, and content for emerging communication formats.

  • Co-create campaign concepts, communication platforms, storytelling, and creative ideas together with the Trade Marketing team, designers, and external agencies — from briefing to final execution.

  • Ensure a consistent tone of voice and the highest linguistic quality across all customer touchpoints by reviewing, validating, and providing feedback on communication created by internal teams and external partners.

  • Act as a guardian of the Allegro brand, ensuring consistency across campaigns, sub-brands, visual identities, and all customer-facing communication.

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Design, Research, and external agencies to translate business objectives and customer insights into compelling communication.

  • Drive communication excellence by leveraging AI tools, experimenting with new creative approaches, and continuously improving content quality and effectiveness.
