D365 Functional Consultant | Lead

We are seeking a skilled D365 Functional Consultant to support the migration of the Go-to-Market Enabling Platform (GTMEP) from Salesforce Sales Cloud to Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role involves working on a shared platform environment used by multiple Customer Teams (Tenants), covering both the scope definition and implementation phases of the project. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive analysis of business and technical requirements Document current-state and future-state workflows and identify optimization opportunities, including AI-driven enhancements Evaluate technical requirements and existing infrastructure Identify key constraints and establish foundational architectural decisions, including environment strategy, solution architecture, and CI/CD framework Configure the D365 Sales solution according to agreed scope, including entities, fields, forms, views, and dashboards Set up business processes and security model within D365 Support selected business unit data migration Deploy the production environment Prepare user training and knowledge transfer materials Provide guidance and mentoring to the client's team Requirements 3+ years of experience working as a D365 Functional Consultant Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, including entities, fields, forms, views, and dashboards configuration Knowledge of business process configuration and security model setup within D365 Understanding of solution architecture, environment strategy, and CI/CD frameworks Skills in requirements gathering, process discovery, and documentation of current-state and future-state workflows Familiarity with data migration practices for business units Background in production environment deployment Capability to prepare training materials and deliver knowledge transfer sessions Proficiency in client-facing communication, guidance, and mentoring English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working as a D365 Functional Consultant

• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, including entities, fields, forms, views, and dashboards configuration

• Knowledge of business process configuration and security model setup within D365

• Understanding of solution architecture, environment strategy, and CI/CD frameworks

• Skills in requirements gathering, process discovery, and documentation of current-state and future-state workflows

• Familiarity with data migration practices for business units

• Background in production environment deployment

• Capability to prepare training materials and deliver knowledge transfer sessions

• Proficiency in client-facing communication, guidance, and mentoring

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
