Each day, you will execute assigned design and development activities focused on building solutions in an efficient and cost-effective manner and in accordance with quality standards. You will also showcase your expertise by providing curate project schedule estimates and ensures their successful completion within the deadline.The work model for the role is: #Li-hybridThis role is based in Kraków. Hybrid work model is 8 days a month/ 2 times a week from the office.This role is contributing to the division area.You will be mainly accountable for:Supervising third-party team - Managing the work of the DevOps team, making key decisions, and prioritizing assigned tasks.Infrastructure Maintenance – Managing and maintaining the overall cloud infrastructure, including virtual networks, virtual machines, storage accounts, and resource groups, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.Azure Services Maintenance – Overseeing the health and configuration of Azure services such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Vision, App Services, Azure SQL, Kubernetes clusters, and other platform services, including updates, scaling, and optimization.Application & Infrastructure Troubleshooting – Diagnosing and resolving issues across applications and infrastructure layers, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid incident response.Windows & Linux Servers Administration – Administering both Windows and Linux servers, including configuration, performance tuning, user management, and system hardening.System Certifications Renewals – Managing the lifecycle of SSL/TLS certificates and other system credentials, ensuring timely renewals to avoid service disruptions.Servers Patching – Planning and executing regular patching of servers to address vulnerabilities, improve stability, and ensure compliance with security standards.Monitoring Microsoft Product Costs and Billing – Tracking and analyzing costs related to Microsoft services (such as Azure usage and subscriptions) and products, optimizing resource consumption, setting budgets and alerts, and ensuring cost efficiency and transparency in billing.System Monitoring – Implementing and managing monitoring solutions to track system performance, availability, and reliability using tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and alerting systems to proactively detect and resolve issues. • Proven experience in a DevOps, Cloud Engineer, or similar role (min. 3 years preferred)

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure platform and its core service

• Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

• Experience in managing team

• Experience administering both Windows and Linux environments

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana)

• Understanding of security best practices, RBAC, and cloud governance

• Knowledge of networking concepts (VNet, DNS, VPN, load balancing, SSL/TLS, mTLS, WAF)

• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes ecosystem, including Docker, Kubernetes cluster management (cloud and on-premise), cloud orchestration platforms (Azure AKS, AWS EKS, Google GKE), and Kubernetes distributions such as OpenShift and k3s.

• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, helm, ARM templates)

• Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA, container Scanning, Secret scanning, IaC scanning tools)

• Understanding of microservices architecture and API security (OAuth2, OpenID, API gateways)
