Digital Product Owner

In our function within Digital Technology & Operations (DTO) we identify and execute on digital initiatives in collaboration with colleagues in DTO and mainly TTI. We are responsible for managing solution design and deliveries with great focus on user experience, modularization and North Star Architecture.This job is for the Digital Product Owner for the ShipIT stable team. The ShipIT stable team is a cross-functional agile team responsible for end-to-end ownership of the ShipIT product, managing both maintenance and continuous development through a single prioritized backlog. Driven by strong collaboration, adaptability, and a focus on delivering business value, the team continuously improves and ensures high-quality outcomes for logistics operations and stakeholders.

These will be some selected responsibilities:

• Drive the development and execution of the product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and other colleagues, to deliver high-quality products.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, making data-driven decisions to maximize value and impact.

• Advocate for the end-user by conducting user research, gathering feedback, and incorporating insights into product development.

• Track and analyze product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

• Implement and promote agile practices, ensuring efficient and effective product development cycles.
