We are looking for a Regional Business Transformation Manager to drive and support large-scale transformation initiatives across APAC, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation and business process transformation. This role will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and project teams, ensuring successful delivery of transformation programs while aligning with regional business priorities.

Your profile and qualifications
Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or related fields.
5+ Years of experience in business transformation or project management, with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation
Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Commercial)
Experience working in regional or multi-country project environments (APAC preferred)
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both business and technical teams
Familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
Ability to work in complex, matrix organizations with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Willingness to travel across the APAC region as required
Your responsibilities and tasks
Lead and drive regional business transformation initiatives, particularly SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
Establish and maintain project governance, standards, and best practices across multiple countries
Work closely with business stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales) to ensure alignment between system capabilities and business needs
Support the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery tracking
Facilitate key governance forums such as Steering Committees and project review meetings
Ensure effective resource planning, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication
Collaborate with IT, external vendors, and implementation partners to ensure smooth execution
Drive change management alignment, ensuring readiness in terms of communication, training, and user adoption
Monitor project performance (KPIs, milestones, deliverables) and provide clear reporting to senior leadership
Ensure operational readiness covering process integration, documentation, data quality, and compliance standards
