Director of Finance SSC (Transformation)

Description

We are currently partnering with a dynamic and growing SSC organization to find an experienced leader for the role of Director of Finance SSC / GBS Transformation. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Finance SSC function Lead the transformation of the organization from a transactional model to a more advanced, efficiency-driven and business-oriented setup Oversee core finance processes (PTP, OTC, RTR), ensuring standardization, quality, and scalability Identify and implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies Lead, develop, and inspire a team of managers, building strong leadership capabilities within the SSC structure Act as a key partner to global stakeholders, collaborating closely with corporate and local teams Support transition and integration of new processes into the SSC Monitor performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives Requirements Extensive leadership experience within SSC/GBS and finance operations environments Strong track record of managing end-to-end finance processes (PTP, OTC, RTR) Proven experience in transformation, optimization, or scaling of shared services organizations Solid background in finance and/or accounting, with practical process understanding Experience in leading managers and building high-performing teams Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrix environment and manage senior stakeholders Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a strong advantage) Fluency in English Offer A strategic leadership role with high level of autonomy and impact Opportunity to shape and scale an evolving SSC structure Involvement in transformation and continuous improvement initiatives International, dynamic work environment focused on growth and innovation Competitive compensation and benefits package
