This is the right job for you if:

• Experience in a similar position within a courier company.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel (nice to have).

• Secondary education.

• Knowledge of the city's topography.

• Ability to make independent decisions and act effectively under pressure.

• Strong communication skills and daily teamwork.

Your main responsibilities:

• Assigning shipments to couriers based on optimal routes and delivery priorities to ensure efficient service.

• Planning courier routes, taking into account traffic conditions, weather, and regional specifics.

• Responding quickly to delays, delivery issues, and unforeseen situations to minimize operational disruptions.

• Resolving ongoing operational issues, such as vehicle breakdowns or recipient availability problems.

• Cooperating with the warehouse team to ensure the timely preparation of shipments for dispatch.

• Proposing improvements to courier work organization in order to increase efficiency and service quality.
