  • Coordinate the onboarding process for students and serve as their main point of contact throughout their education

  • Contribute to regular reporting, administrative tasks and ongoing operational processes

  • Collaborate closely with Regional Program Coordination Teams to stay informed about students enrolled in Campus courses

  • Work with Talent Acquisition, Marketing and Human Resources teams to ensure smooth communication flow and efficient execution of corporate processes

  • Represent Campus at internal and external events, including Department Meetings, Job Fairs and University events

  • Coordinate internship-related administrative tasks and ensure their timely completion

We are looking for a Talent Development Specialist to expand our EPAM Campus team in Poland. EPAM Campus is a global corporate educational service that assists beginners of various ages and professional backgrounds in starting their IT careers. In this role, you will coordinate team projects and support regional educational processes, playing a key part in helping aspiring IT professionals launch successful careers.
