For our client – a Nordic energy company focused on producing and supplying electricity and heat, with a strong emphasis on low‑emission and renewable energy sources, we are looking for an RTR Trainee. Location: Gdańsk (hybrid work - 2/3 days per week from the office) Working hours: 7:00-15:00/ 8:00-16:00 As a Trainee your role includes: Support with basic RTR processes Support month-end and year-end closing activities Assist in preparation and posting of journal entries Participate in general ledger maintenance Your Qualifications: Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (or in progress) Good command of English (written and spoken) Good Excel skills (e.g., formulas, data handling) Basic knowledge of accounting principles Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively For you: Interested?
