About the companyFor our client - a global manufacturing organization operating in the pharmaceutical sector and expanding its Shared Services Center in Warsaw – we are looking for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of finance data and SAP CFIN administration.Scope of responsibilities:This role focuses on ownership, governance and quality of finance master data and system consistency, rather than transactional accounting activities.•Act as owner of finance data, including Chart of Accounts structures•Ensure consistency, completeness and quality of finance data across SAP environments•Perform and manage functional administration activities related to SAP CFIN•Act as a key point of contact for finance master data and CFIN-related topics•Support audits, controls and compliance related to finance data and systems•Drive data governance, standardization and continuous improvement initiatives•Cooperate closely with Finance, IT, BPO and Group stakeholders•Support system changes, transitions and finance transformation initiativesRequirements:•Previous experience in the Finance are•Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field•Strong background in finance data, accounting structures or finance systems•Understanding of accounting principles and finance data flows•Practical experience with SAP, including exposure to CFIN•Experience in SSC/GBS or multinational finance environments•Strong analytical mindset and attention to data quality and detail•Ability to work across Finance stakeholders•Fluent EnglishWe offer•Hybrid work model (2 days onsite per week) with more flexibility after onboarding•Stable employment in a growing international SSC•Performance-based bonus, holiday bonus and additional benefits•Opportunity to shape and develop AP processes at scale•Standard corporate benefits package#LI-DNI #1199239 - Andzelika Pikulinska
