Description
On behalf of one of our international clients, we are currently looking for an FP&A Business Partner (Procurement) to join a dynamic and growing finance team. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with Procurement and Category Management teams, providing financial guidance and support across key spend categories. Evaluate the financial impact of sourcing strategies and procurement initiatives. Monitor, validate, and report procurement savings, ensuring alignment with financial targets and methodologies. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes related to procurement-managed expenditures. Deliver insightful spend analysis and identify opportunities, trends, and potential risks. Develop reports and dashboards that enhance visibility into supplier performance, contract compliance, and spending patterns. Conduct variance analysis and present key findings to business stakeholders. Review contracts and commercial agreements from a financial risk perspective. Support business case development for strategic procurement projects and investment decisions. Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and audit requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Financial Analysis, or a Finance Business Partner role. Previous exposure to Procurement, Supply Chain, or Category Management environments would be a strong advantage. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate insights into business recommendations. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets. Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, or similar. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
