Compensation Data
The salary range in the Silicon Valley, CA area: $160,000 - $190,000 annually. This represents the anticipated base salary range for this position at the time of posting. Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in incentive compensation programs and receive a comprehensive benefits package.

Strong experience in program/project management for large-scale rollouts
Expertise in release planning, validation and testing
Ability to manage multi-city/global programs
Proven expertise in contract negotiation, vendor management, and SLA governance
Experience managing telecom operators (MNOs) and supplier ecosystems including IT-Hardware
Proven experience in technical rollout, deployment, or operations management, ideally across multiple locations (e.g. cities, hubs, or sites), coordinating installation, go‑live, and stabilization phases
Understanding of 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi, eSIM, IMS, roaming, and network performance metrics
Experience working with MNOs and telecom ecosystems
Knowledge of vehicle connectivity, telematics, and ECU integration
Understanding of end-to-end IoT/connected systems (device ↔ cloud)
Hands‑on understanding of physical + IT system deployments, including site readiness, hardware installation, connectivity validation, and basic troubleshooting during rollout
Experience in defining test strategies, field validation, and production readiness
Familiarity with drive testing, stability testing, and KPI validation
Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (local operations, infrastructure, networking, vendors, and central engineering teams) to ensure on‑time and consistent rollouts.
Defect tracking: JIRA, HP ALM
Program tracking: dashboards, reporting tools
Familiarity with CI/CD, OTA systems, and release pipelines
Deep understanding of MNO operations, roaming agreements, and inter-operator dependencies
Experience with network performance optimization and service assurance frameworks
Experience managing large-scale telecom contracts and vendor negotiations
Strong understanding of SLA design, KPI frameworks, and penalty/incentive models
Exposure to RFP/RFQ processes and supplier selection strategies
Experience in fleet operations, ride-sharing, or mobility platforms
Understanding of vehicle lifecycle management and large-scale fleet deployment challenges
Exposure to telematics platforms and real-time fleet monitoring systems
Experience with vehicle, fleet, or IoT‑related infrastructure deployments (e.g. charging infrastructure, data offloading stations, edge devices, or similar systems).
Familiarity with standardized rollout playbooks, documentation, and rollout KPIs, and the ability to continuously improve rollout processes across locations.

B.S. in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Role Responsibilities
Plan and execute upload station and fleet rollouts across multiple cities and hubs
Define rollout timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deployment sequences
Ensure readiness across upload station hardware, connectivity interfaces, vehicle systems, and operations
Coordinate installation, commissioning, and handover of upload station IT hardware
Ensure site readiness including power, space, network access, and physical security
Align upload station availability with vehicle ramp‑up and operational usage
Coordinate connectivity readiness with MNOs and internal connectivity teams for each rollout site
Ensure SIM/eSIM provisioning, network availability, and basic performance readiness are in place for rollout
Support SLA/KPI monitoring during rollout and early operations (availability, throughput, incident handling)
Drive alignment between local operations, vehicle teams, backend/platform teams, upload station vendors, and connectivity stakeholders
Coordinate suppliers and third‑party partners during rollout execution
Provide regular rollout status updates, risk tracking, and escalations
Coordinate issue resolution across upload station hardware, connectivity, and operations during rollout phases
Support root‑cause analysis for rollout and early‑life incidents
Brief Role Description
A rollout management role responsible for planning and executing the deployment of upload stations and connectivity across multiple cities and hubs. The role coordinates local operations, IT hardware partners, MNOs, connectivity teams, and engineering stakeholders to ensure site readiness, installation, commissioning, and smooth vehicle ramp‑up.
The position focuses on end‑to‑end rollout execution, managing dependencies between the end customer, product teams and local suppliers, ensuring reliable operations from test deployments through production rollout.
This role combines hands‑on rollout coordination, technical alignment, and stakeholder management to deliver consistent and scalable deployments across locations.
