Your team

• You'll be a part of the HR Service Delivery EMEA SMCs team working in Krakow/Wroclaw. We keep employees and line managers happy, solving problems for them by chat or through our ticketing system

• We deliver an entire portfolio of hire-to-retire HR services to our Clients, balancing operational work with transformation projects, simplification initiatives and growth opportunities for our Colleagues.

Your expertise

• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English

• Good knowledge of Spanish is a strong asset

• Prior experience in Human Resources or a Shared Services environment is preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with varied daily tasks

Your role

• Are you highly organised and process-driven? Do you have a strong attention to detail even when managing multiple priorities? Are you curious about how technology and innovation can enhance HR services?

• As an HR Operations Intern for Italy, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling basic life-cycle events (i.e. OU changes, FTE changes)

• Managing employee absences and related documentation

• Processing and archiving HR documents

• Resolving basic employees inquiries

• Handling sensitive documents with discretion and professionalism
