For our client, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of HVAC Expert HVAC Expert Work mode: remote Compensation: 150-170 PLN/h net +vat Contract type: B2B Language: English B2 Project context Candidate will own the technical integrity of our mechanical systems, ensuring all designs are optimized for budget alignment and flawless on-site installation. Scope of responsibilities: Multidisciplinary interface: Serve as the primary technical advisor for architects, and internal project leads (e.g. structural, electrical, instrumentation and process control), translating complex mechanical concepts into actionable project roadmaps. System Optimization: Evaluate conceptual building layouts to recommend heating, cooling, and ventilation configurations which meets project specific requirements. Peer Reviews & Troubleshooting: Conduct expert-level audits of existing HVAC designs or installations to identify bottlenecks, compliance gaps, or efficiency failures. Goals and deliverables: Advanced Calculations:Perform load modeling, hydraulic system sizing, and air distribution calculations, ensuring strict compliance with local codes and international standards. Detailed Construction Documentation:Translate schematic concepts construction-ready detailed designs, including schematic layouts, plant room detailing, and specialized system interfaces. Multi-Disciplinary Coordination:Leverage BIM/CAD workflows to resolve spatial clashes and coordinate layouts with structural, electrical, and architectural disciplines. Material Take-Offs (MTO):Extract and compile precise technical measurements from detailed designs to quantify all mechanical components, ductwork, and piping. Bills of Quantities (BOQ):Draft itemized, highly structured BOQs and cost estimations to establish rock-solid baselines for the bidding phase. Technical Tender Evaluation:Define hardware specifications (AHUs, chillers, heat pumps) and assist in the technical appraisal of supplier bids to ensure alignment with project standards. Proven Track Record:A minimum of 10 years of demonstratable success delivering HVAC designs for complex commercial, industrial, or residential projects. Technical Stack:Mastery of advanced engineering software (such as AutoCAD, and industry-standard thermal/hydraulic calculation tools). Consultative Mindset:Strong communication skills, with the ability to defend technical decisions to stakeholders and work independently without daily supervision. Responsibilities

• We are securing the services of a highly autonomous, Senior HVAC Expert (10+ Years Experience) to act as our lead l engineer. Rather than a standard execution role, this collaboration requires experienced professionals who can seamlessly pivot between client advisory, technical design execution, and pre-construction quantifications.
