Wymagania
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Economics, Trade, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in import operations
Demonstrating a good understanding of sea, rail, and air transport markets
Experience in working with forwarding companies and carriers
Good business awareness and understanding of the discount retail market
Knowledge of maritime and customs regulations
Demonstrating patience and strong attention to detail
Being open-minded, proactive, and solution-oriented
Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
Strong analytical skills and making decisions under time pressure
Customer-focused mindset
Working effectively as a team player with strong communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with ERP systems
English - advanced
Zakres obowiązków
Coordinating shipments in cooperation with 4PL providers
Verifying bookings outside tolerance windows
Analyzing container underutilization cases and identifying the most efficient balance between time and cost
Responding to suppliers’ requests regarding booking acceptance and process organization
Informing the Merchandise Department about orders not booked on time
Advising the Merchandise Department on the best solutions in case of delayed shipments
Monitoring shipment progress and providing regular updates
Informing the Merchandise Department about shipment delays
Monitoring system updates and data accuracy
Reporting all data transfer issues to the IT Department
Responding to internal requests regarding shipment and order statuses
Ensuring on-time availability of promotional products
Documenting logistics processes and procedures
Updating process descriptions in cooperation with other team members
Identifying system development needs and coordinating improvements with IT and external providers
