Available in S1 2027, ideally from January or February 2027, for a duration of 6 months.
Currently enrolled in a Master 2, engineering school, or equivalent Bac+5 program in microbiology, biotechnology, food science, biological engineering, gut physiology, or a related field.
Rigorous, curious, proactive, and autonomous, with a strong interest in experimental science and translational research linked to nutrition, microbiota, and gut health.
Comfortable with laboratory work and basic microbiology techniques; experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, R, GraphPad, or similar software would be appreciated.
Enjoys working in a collaborative research environment, communicating scientific results clearly, and interacting with different scientific and technical experts.

O pracy
Contribute to research projects focused on the interaction between food, microorganisms, digestion, and gut physiology, with a particular focus on microbiology and in vitro digestive models.
Plan, perform, and document laboratory experiments involving microbial cultures, in vitro digestion and/or fermentation models, and analytical readouts under the supervision of your tutor.
Analyze experimental data, prepare clear summaries, and contribute to the interpretation of results in collaboration with scientists and technicians from the team.
Participate in the development or optimization of protocols related to microbiology, gut physiology, and food matrix characterization, while ensuring rigor, traceability, and good laboratory practices.
Communicate your progress through regular updates, team discussions, and a final presentation summarizing your scientific approach, results, and recommendations.
Up to 2 days/week of remote work
