• Zrozumienie specyfikacji produktu i psychologii użytkowników w celu tworzenia projektów spełniających cele biznesowe i potrzeby użytkowników.

• Współpraca z innymi projektantami i interesariuszami w celu identyfikacji problemów oraz tworzenia architektury informacji.

• Produkcja rozwiązań doświadczeń użytkowników za pomocą różnych metod, takich jak diagramy przepływu, makiety, storyboardy i mapy witryn.

• Wsparcie innych członków zespołu, promowanie współpracy i dzielenie się wiedzą oraz spostrzeżeniami.
