Your Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an IT-related role such as PMO, IT Project Management, Demand Management, or Business IT Consulting
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Polish (min. C1 level) and English (min. B2 level)
Strong understanding of translating business requirements into IT solutions
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, especially in cross-functional and stakeholder-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with senior stakeholders and clearly articulate complex topics
Capability to work independently to structure topics and prepare them in a clear, decision-ready way
Strong organizational skills combined with a reliable and hands-on working style
Familiarity with tools such as Planview, ServiceNow, or similar is a plus
Experience with IT-demand, portfolio, or governance processes is considered an asset
Knowledge of German is a plus

Your Key Responsibilities
Acting as a central interface between Business and IT for new ideas, requirements, and ongoing initiatives
Building, maintaining, and fostering sustainable, trustful relationships with key partners on all hierarchy levels
Supporting Business and IT in creating clarity, structure, and decision readiness across demands and initiatives
Driving alignment across Business and IT while proactively engaging stakeholders to ensure feasibility
Refining business needs into clear, actionable IT demands
Ensuring that all demands are complete, consistent, and ready for decision-making
Guiding demands through the process from initial idea to potential implementation, ensuring a structured IT demand lifecycle
Preparing and enabling the evaluation of prioritization decisions based on business value, strategy, and available capacity
Providing transparency and insights across IT demand and project portfolios
Enabling monitoring demand and project portfolio performance (e.g., progress, costs, benefits), including reporting and analysis
Developing high-quality decision-making materials for governance and portfolio discussions
Executing portfolio and governance meetings with senior IT & Business stakeholders to ensure structured discussions
Maintaining adherence to defined IT processes, standards, and governance frameworks
Identifying dependencies, overlaps, and synergies across initiatives and proactively addressing them
Coordinatiing and facilitating alignment between Business and IT (Architecture and Delivery teams)
Contribution to the continuous improvement of processes, methods, and tools in IT Demand & Portfolio Management
