Basic Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:

Podstawowe Kwalifikacje

• 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, operations, or infrastructure support roles.

• Strong working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems

• Experience with hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, network devices)

• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)

• Experience supporting users in a high-availability, operational environment

• Ability to troubleshoot incidents independently and escalate appropriately

• Basic level of English

• Good written and verbal communication skills in Polish

Preferowane Kwalifikacje

• Knowledge of enterprise IT tools for ticketing, asset management, and monitoring

• Experience with network troubleshooting beyond basics (switches, Wi-Fi, cabling, incident isolation)

• Exposure to ITIL-based processes (incident, problem, and change management)

• Experience supporting large-scale end-user device environments (hundreds to thousands of devices)

• Ability to work across teams and influence without authority

• Demonstrated ownership and bias for action in incident resolution

• Hold a valid driver´s license
