Good knowledge of IBM z/OS and mainframe concepts
Familiarity with COBOL and/or Assembler (willingness to learn Assembler if COBOL is the primary language)
1-2 years of experience in mainframe development, internships, or academic projects
Introductory experience or understanding of DB2
Awareness of debugging and performance monitoring concepts
Basic understanding of memory management and system-level programming principles
Ability to analyze problems and learn troubleshooting techniques
Ability to work in international environment and international team (global)
Good command of English and Polish (written and spoken)
Located in Poland
Exposure to integrating Assembler or COBOL with other technologies (e.g., PL/I or Java)
Knowledge of any other programming languages, programming concepts
Relevant coursework, certifications, or training in mainframe or z/OS technologies

Go through the assembler training path as well as mainframe environment training path to become member of international development team
Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining Assembler and COBOL code in mainframe environments
Support enhancements and maintenance of existing legacy applications
Collaborate with experienced developers and cross-functional teams on system integration tasks
Learn to use performance monitoring and debugging tools to identify and resolve issues
Participate in incident analysis and problem resolution under guidance from senior team members
Take part in system modernization initiatives and gain exposure to new mainframe technologies
Continuously build technical skills through mentorship, training, and hands-on experience
