Your main responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for warehouse employees to ensure proper understanding of tasks and procedures.
Support the Operations Process Leader in aligning operational process stages with current company procedures.
Ensure warehouse staff properly operate technical equipment, including usage recording, inventory, and issue reporting.
Report any irregularities observed during the shift or operational process to the direct supervisor promptly.
