What You'll Need:
Experience training, coaching, or mentoring junior team members.
Exposure to process improvement, quality assurance, or audit work.
Experience partnering with internal or external audit teams.
Experience using AI tools to support day-to-day work.
What you’ll do:
1–2 years' experience performing KYC/AML activities, ideally within retail financial services.
Strong risk awareness (operational, compliance, and reputational), problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and industry guidelines.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel; comfortable working with data and operational reporting.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Confident handling client queries and resolving complaints through at least one channel (email, phone, or other communication channels), with good judgement on escalation.
