Logistic Specialist Work mode: On-site, Kraków Contract type: B2B, through Hays Poland Start Date: 01.09.2026 Project: Initial 6-month contract Language: English B2+ Project & Role Overview: You will join an international project supporting complex industrial logistics and global transportation operations. The role focuses on end-to-end coordination of international shipments, customs processes, transport procurement, and logistics execution for project deliveries. Prepare shipping documentation including packing lists, invoices, certificates of origin, and vendor document verification. Coordinate shipment arrangements with suppliers, freight forwarders, and clients. Purchase transport and logistics services, prepare RFQs, compare offers, and negotiate commercial terms. Organize sea and oversized road transportation according to project schedules. Coordinate customs clearances and Intrastat reporting. Track deliveries, monitor logistics costs, and manage transport-related claims. Participate in international project meetings and support project delivery activities. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in project logistics within industrial companies. Knowledge of international trade and transport documentation. Good understanding of customs procedures, export control, VAT rules, and Incoterms. Experience organizing sea transport and oversized road transportation. Knowledge of transport regulations including CMR Convention and Hague-Visby Rules. Practical experience with Intrastat reporting. Good knowledge of Excel and SAP. Strong communication skills and ability to work under time pressure. Fluent English (minimum B2). Nice to have: Experience in the Oil & Gas sector. Knowledge of SAP ECHO.
