Introduction
In this strategic role, you will drive the transformation, harmonization and standardization of Payroll and Time Management across approximately 30 countries within HR Europe w/o Germany.You will play a key role in shaping and implementing the future Payroll and Time Management operating model for Europe, balancing global standards with regional business and legal requirements. Working closely with local country experts, global functions, HR, Finance, IT and external providers, you will influence strategic decisions and drive sustainable improvements across a highly diverse European landscape.This is a highly visible transformation role with significant impact on the future direction of Payroll and Time Management within Europe.

Your Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or a related field.
Extensive professional experience in Payroll, Time Management, HR Operations or a comparable environment.
Proven hands-on experience in transformation, harmonization or international rollout projects.
Strong familiarity with Payroll and/or Time Management systems such as SAP, Workday, ADP or similar solutions, combined with a solid understanding of European compliance requirements.
Fluent English skills, strong analytical and strategic capabilities, and the ability to drive change and execution in complex organizations.

Your Key Responsibilities
Drive HR Europe w/o Germany-wide initiatives for the transformation, harmonization and standardization of Payroll and Time Management processes
Develop and implement scalable, future-oriented and compliant processes as well as the future operating model in balance with global standards and local legal, tax, social security and business requirements
Act as a key advisor for Payroll and Time Management topics while shaping governance, reporting and steering structures
Create transparency, process consistency and high data quality across countries while supporting strategic decisions on service delivery and target operating models
Lead complex cross-country transformation projects from concept to successful implementation in close collaboration with local experts across around 30 countries
Align key stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, Compliance and external partners while actively driving governance, risk and change management activities
Partner with IT and vendors on system implementations, integrations and enhancements while identifying opportunities in automation, digitalization, AI and regulatory compliance
