Qualification requirements
University degree in Economics, Marketing.
Passion for cars and understanding of basic automotive technology.
Foreign language competence: English (upper intermediate level).
Experience in automotive branch: no less than 2 years preferred.
Experience in marketing planning and event management.
Driving license (category B).
Advanced in MS Office.
Strong collaborator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent project management skills.
Brief Role Description
As a Marketing Manager, you are responsible for executing activities enhance brand awareness, foster customer engagement, and support sales efforts. You create and manage content, coordinate campaigns, and analyze performance to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business goals. The role requires a solid understanding of digital tools and techniques, with a focus on hands-on execution and the day-to-day management of marketing tasks.
Possible Tasks within this Role
Analysis of the market-relevant information including constant monitoring of competitive environment.
Co-establishing marketing strategies, their realization and measurement of the effectiveness.
Co-creation and co-execution of the monthly and annual marketing budgets.
Selection and cooperation with the marketing agencies.
Approving, analyzing, counselling and controlling dealer marketing activities.
Preparation of the reports for the management and headquarters.
Management of test vehicles fleet, cooperation with media representatives and opinion leaders.
Maintenance of the brand homepage and social media accounts.
