Manager - Expediting Engineer Work mode: On-site / hybrid, Kraków (mainly office-based) Contract type: B2B, through Hays Poland Start Date: 01.09.2026 Project: Initial 6-month contract Language: English B2+ Project & Role Overview: Join an international project team responsible for coordinating supplier deliveries and documentation progress, ensuring equipment is delivered on time and project milestones are achieved. Project Goals: Maintain on-time delivery performance above 85%. Proactively propose mitigation plans for schedule delays. Ensure effective and transparent supplier claims management. Ensure on-time delivery of equipment according to purchase orders placed with suppliers. Monitor and drive vendor documentation progress and completion. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders involved in projects. Support Supplier Quality Control teams in planning and executing supplier inspections. Support transparent claim management processes with suppliers and procurement teams. Analyse project and manufacturing schedules and identify delivery risks. Prepare mitigation plans for delays that may impact project timelines. Key Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar Order Management, Expediting, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Project Coordination role. Knowledge of SAP. Engineering degree or equivalent education. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2). Ability to analyse schedules, coordinate stakeholders, and manage priorities. Experience working in an international environment. Nice to have: French language skills. Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, or industrial projects.
