Accounts Receivable Manager with German

Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager with German. Location: Lower Silesia Client: Newly created International GBS Organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the Accounts Receivable team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment. Oversee day-to-day AR operations, ensuring service excellence and achievement of KPI and SLA targets. Support process transitions, knowledge transfers, and the integration of activities. Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements: Several years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, or Credit & Collections within SSC, GBS, or BPO environments. Proven experience in leading and developing teams. Experience in process transitions, migrations, and knowledge transfer projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Fluent German and English are required.
