Your profile and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related degree;
5-7 years progressively responsible HR experience in areas such as, performance and development, manager`s consultancy, HR Analytics, and local labor matters, compensation and benefits.
Demonstrated change management experience;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
Time management and Self organization to manage execution properly.
Good with interpersonal Skills to influence others.

Translate divisional strategy into a concrete BU People roadmap, aligned with BU business objectives
Advise the BU Head and BU leadership team on all people- and organization-related topics (structure, roles, capabilities, leadership, culture, change)
Shape and optimize BU structures (teams, roles, spans, reporting lines) in line with divisional organizational design principles
Act as trusted advisor in portfolio, performance and capability trade-off decisions
Lead operational workforce and skills planning for the BU (12–24 months), based on divisional workforce guidelines
Identify capability gaps impacting BU targets and define closure actions
Orchestrate the end-to-end hiring process, while People Services execute systems, tools and administrative processes
Drive Talent and Performance Management cycles in the BU using global processes and tools, ensuring high-quality and consistent application
Identify critical roles, key talents and successors within the BU
Co-create development and succession plans with BU leaders
Connect BU needs to People Solutions offerings (Academy, Leadership programs, etc.)
Support the design and implementation of BU-specific change and culture initiatives (e.g. new operating model, digitalization, Regional cultural shifts)
Ensure alignment of BU initiatives with divisional People priorities
Actively enable leadership capability and organizational effectiveness during transformation
Collaborate with Country/Location People Partners on BU initiatives with local labor law, co-determination or policy impact
Ensure local requirements are respected without creating BU-specific shadow rules
Provide structured feedback to the Divisional People Partner, People Solutions and People Services on solution fit, gaps, implementation issues and emerging People risks
