Your profile and qualifications
Eligibility to sign an internship agreement with your university
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Advanced Spanish and English
Strong interest in HR, technology, and the future of work
Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday) or Power BI is an advantage
Previous internship, administrative, or project experience is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and integrity
Curiosity for AI and digital innovation
Proactive, analytical, and eager to learn
Team-oriented and adaptable

Your responsibilities and tasks
Support People processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding
Help maintain accurate employee data and documentation in HR systems (e.g., Workday)
Assist with employee queries and day-to-day People administration
Prepare People documents, presentations, and internal communications
Assist with payroll-related data validation and reporting
Support the use of AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve team productivity and employee experience
Help create templates, knowledge articles, and process documentation using digital and AI tools
Conduct research on HR trends, AI in HR, and industry best practices
Support People projects related to engagement, talent, learning, and process improvement
Contribute ideas to simplify and automate HR processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
