Product Owner (Automotive Software & Connected Services) The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping product direction, managing priorities, and ensuring seamless collaboration between backend services and vehicle-facing applications within a complex, cross-functional environment. Key Responsibilities: Define and manage the product roadmap for cloud-based services and related system integrations. Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, suppliers, and external partners to deliver high-value product features. Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release objectives. Facilitate alignment across multiple teams and organizations to ensure successful product delivery. Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, timelines, and delivery priorities within an Agile environment. Support budget planning, resource allocation, and cost management activities related to the product area. Act as the primary point of contact for business and technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and transparency throughout the product lifecycle. Ensure delivery is achieved within agreed timelines, budget constraints, and project governance frameworks. Requirements: Previous experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role. Strong understanding of Agile product development, backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery execution. Experience working with software platforms, backend services, APIs, or system integrations. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Codebeamer, or comparable product and project management tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in Polish and English. German language skills. Nice to Have: Experience within the automotive, connected vehicle, mobility, or embedded software domain. Understanding of cloud-based platforms and distributed software ecosystems. Knowledge of vehicle user interfaces, HMI solutions, or automotive software integration. Experience with budget ownership, resource planning, supplier management, or cost tracking.
