We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage resources, mitigate risks, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution. Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate issues to management as needed. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Conduct risk management to minimise project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Key skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management. Proven experience as a Project Manager (3+ years). Experience with business transition projects Experience in SSC organisations (3+ years) Experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling (3+ years) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Budgeting and financial tracking. Conflict resolution and negotiation.
